Oh, don't worry! We will guide you! The first step is that we schedule a complementary consultation, either virtual or at your home.  It takes just 10 minutes.  You will also make your dog a cute little profile with his/her picture. You will include, in your very own portal account, the routine you want followed and any other details we should know. You can request visits in your portal account and change the routine whenever needed. After every visit, you will receive a report with a picture of your pet(s)!

Absolutely. We are proud to say that everyone on our team has undergone a criminal background check.  We understand that your home is your safe space. We have the utmost respect for your home and your furry family members. 

Any visit can be canceled before 11:59 PM the day prior.
